Trouble logging into the employee portal

Desktop

To get to your Employee Portal on a desktop computer:
  1. Go to Headway Connect
  2. From the home screen, you have to click on your client name first in the left menu. 
  3. Once you are in your client page, click the user dropdown in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click “Employee Portal” in the dropdown:


5. For Direct Deposit, click on "Pay" then "Direct Deposit":


Mobile

To get to your Employee Portal on a mobile device:
  1. Go to Headway Connect and log in.
  2. From the home screen, click on the hamburger nav icon (3 lines) in the upper left hand corner to open the menu  
  3. Click on your client 

  4. Once you are in your client page, click on the nav icon again to open the menu
  5. Click “Employee Portal” at the bottom
