Recall Time & Expense Sheets
If you realize you made an error in your already submitted time or expense sheet, you have the ability to recall and edit it. Note that you can only recall your time and expense sheet if it hasn’t been approved yet. Once it’s been approved, if you need to make an edit, you would need to contact your headway representative to assist you.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Once a time and expense sheet is submitted, it splits up into multiple sheets by time and expense. So when you recall a time/expense sheet, it won’t be the one compiled time and expense sheet like you originally submitted anymore. It will be broken down and grouped by time and expense.
To recall a time/expense sheet, follow these steps:
- Click on the “SUBMITTED” tab at the top of the page.
- Click on the “>” arrow to the right of the sheet you want to recall.
- Click the “RECALL” button and then confirm the recall.
- Go to the “RECALLED” tab, find the time or expense sheet you just recalled, and click the “>” arrow to the right of the sheet you want to edit.
- Follow the entry process per usual.
