Offer Letter & Onboarding
View & Accept the Offer
After completing your initial sign-up, you will be presented with your first offer letter when logging into Headway Connect. Be sure to review the offer letter thoroughly before accepting or rejecting.
Once you are ready to proceed, simply fill in the required fields under “Acknowledgement of Receipt” near the bottom of the page and click the “Accept” button.
As a final step in the acceptance process, you will need to update some additional personal information to complete your profile for Headway Connect.
When all information is entered accurately, click the “Update & Proceed to Onboarding” button.
There is one more step before finishing. You will not be able to add time and expenses until you have filled out the 9 forms in the next step of onboarding. Please have all tax information ready for this step.

- Headway Documents
- Onboarding Summary
To begin, click the “Get Started” button, as shown below.
As you complete each step, a green check mark will appear on the left hand side of the page, signifying the successful completion of steps.
For an overview of your onboarding completion status, click on the “Onboarding Summary” where you’ll find a Completion Progress bar along with important Due Dates for each step.
Please note, the I-9 and Employee Information steps need to be done before the start date of your employment. The rest can be done at a later time.
