Correct/Change Employee Information


Headway Connect Login Info: Username, Email Address

To correct or change your username or email address within Headway Connect, please submit a ticket.


Social Security Number, Date of Birth, Name

To correct or change your social security number, name or date of birth, please submit a ticket.


Direct Deposit, Tax information, Address

To correct or change your direct deposit, contact information or tax information, go to the Employee Portal.

To get to your Employee Portal:
  1. Go to Headway Connect
  2. From the home screen, you have to click on your client name first in the left menu.
  3. Once you are in your client page, click the user dropdown in the top right corner of the page.
  4. Click “Employee Portal” in the dropdown:




For Direct Deposit:

1. click on Pay > Direct Deposit



2. If you need to update your direct deposit information OR want to use a new account, you must first remove the original account information. To do this, you must first click the account number.



3. Then the "Remove" button.



4. Confirm removal of your account. If you are sure, click "Remove".



5. You will then be taken back to the direct deposit home page where you click "Add Account" to add a new bank account.



6. You will then enter your account information. Once your routing number is entered, the bank name should auto-populate. Also please be sure to select the correct account type for the information provided.



7. You will then select your deposit method (see box circled in Red), which is Remainder. Once you select remainder, the other boxes do not need to be filled. You will then click Add (circled in Blue).




8. You will then land back on the direct deposit home page. You should see the banking information you just entered under Bank Accounts. You will then click Save Changes.



9. Next a Terms and Conditions notice will pop-up. Be sure to check the box and click Save Changes.






For Tax Information, click on Taxes > Update Forms:








For Address:


1. Click on Personal > Address:



2. Please double check that your Resident, Mailing and W-2 address have all been updated.
**Please be advised, it is recommended you double check your tax withholdings each time your address changes to make sure you are continuing to be taxed properly. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your Service Delivery Team Member.




NOTE: If you work on more than one client with us, you MUST change your address information for each client. You can toggle between clients by clicking the below.
